Unser Ziel ist es, engagierende Lernpfade anzubieten, welche die chirurgischen Fähigkeiten nachhaltig verbessern. Dafür vermitteln wir aussergewöhnliche Lernerfahrungen, welche die neuesten Lernprinzipen aufnehmen; praxisnah,  motivierend und inspirierend.
 

In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Herstellern bieten wir regelmässig Workshops, Roundtables und Webinare zu neuen Technologien und Produkten an – für praxisnahen Know-how-Transfer direkt von erfahrenen Expertinnen und Experten.

Unser unabhängiges CPD-Team unterstützt Chirurginnen, Chirurgen und OP-Teams gezielt in ihrer Weiterentwicklung – mit einem klaren Fokus auf die spinale Endoskopie.
Unsere Programme bieten auf verschiedenen Trainingslevels sowohl fundierte Grundlagen als auch fortgeschrittene Techniken und begleiten die Teilnehmenden individuell auf ihrem Weg zum operativen Erfolg.
Die Nexon Trainings kombinieren praxisnahe Hands-on-Übungen mit aktuellem theoretischem Wissen. Kleine Gruppen (max. 8 Teilnehmende) und zwei erfahrene Faculties ermöglichen intensives Lernen und gezieltes Feedback.

Der Spine Club ist eine offene Schweizer Community für Wirbelsäulenchirurg:innen mit dem Ziel, Wissen zu teilen, Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und Innovationen voranzutreiben.
 

In Formaten wie Roundtables, Symposien und Bootcamps schaffen wir praxisnahe Lernräume für alle Erfahrungsstufen – vom Einstieg bis zur Spezialisierung.
Im Bootcamp erhalten Teilnehmende einen umfassenden Überblick über die monoportale und biportale Technik sowie über foraminale und interlaminäre Zugänge. Ziel ist es, die verschiedenen Technologien verständlich zu vermitteln und den Teilnehmenden eine fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage zu bieten: Möchte ich die endoskopische Chirurgie weiterverfolgen? Und wenn ja – mit welcher Technologie? Das Bootcamp dient somit auch der Orientierung für nächste mögliche Trainingsschritte.
 

Im Innovation Lab können weitere moderne Technologien wie Navigation, Cages und Stabilisierungssysteme, BoneScalpel oder VCF-Lösungen kennengelernt und an einfachen Modellen praktisch getestet werden – inklusive der endoskopischen Systeme.
 

Individuell & flexibel: Gerne stellen wir für interessierte Chirurg:innen ein massgeschneidertes Trainingsprogramm zusammen.
Unterstützt durch Nexon, aber unabhängig in der Ausrichtung, steht der Spine Club für offene Weiterbildung und kontinuierliche Entwicklung in der Wirbelsäulenchirurgie.

Neben unseren strukturierten Schulungsformaten bieten wir auch regelmässig Roundtable-Diskussionen und Fortbildungen zu weiteren aktuellen Themen der Wirbelsäulenchirurgie an.

In Anlehnung an Formate wie den Arthroplastie Roundtable stehen der kollegiale Austausch, hochwertige Falldiskussionen und inspirierende Gespräche im Vordergrund. Die Veranstaltungen schaffen eine offene Plattform für Expert:innen, Nachwuchschirurg:innen und Interessierte, um komplexe Fälle zu besprechen, persönliche Erfahrungen zu teilen und voneinander zu lernen – praxisnah, fundiert und auf Augenhöhe.

In collaboration with our manufacturers, we regularly offer workshops, roundtables and webinars on new technologies and products - for practical know-how transfer directly from experienced experts.

Our independent CPD team supports surgeons and surgical teams in their further development - with a clear focus on spinal endoscopy.our programmes offer both sound fundamentals and advanced techniques at various training levels and accompany participants individually on their path to surgical success.the Nexon training courses combine practical hands-on exercises with up-to-date theoretical knowledge. Small groups (max. 8 participants) and two experienced faculties enable intensive learning and targeted feedback.

The Spine Club is an open Swiss community for spine surgeons with the aim of sharing knowledge, developing skills and driving innovation.
 

In formats such as roundtables, symposia and bootcamps, we create practical learning spaces for all levels of experience - from entry-level to specialisation. bootcamp participants receive a comprehensive overview of monoportal and biportal technology as well as foraminal and interlaminar approaches. The aim is to convey the various technologies in an understandable way and to provide participants with a sound basis for decision-making: Do I want to pursue endoscopic surgery? And if so, with which technology? The boot camp therefore also serves as an orientation for the next possible training steps.
 

In the Innovation Lab, other modern technologies such as navigation, cages and stabilisation systems, BoneScalpel or VCF solutions can be familiarised with and tested in practice on simple models - including the endoscopic systems.
 

Individual & flexible: We are happy to put together a tailor-made training programme for interested surgeons. Supported by Nexon, but independent in its focus, the Spine Club stands for open training and continuous development in spinal surgery.

The events create an open platform for experts, up-and-coming surgeons and interested parties to discuss complex cases, share personal experiences and learn from each other - in a practical, well-founded manner and at eye level.

Notre objectif est de proposer des parcours d'apprentissage engageants qui améliorent durablement les compétences chirurgicales. Pour ce faire, nous transmettons des expériences d'apprentissage exceptionnelles qui intègrent les principes d'apprentissage les plus récents ; pratiques, motivantes et inspirantes.
 

En collaboration avec nos fabricants, nous proposons régulièrement des ateliers, des tables rondes et des webinaires sur les nouvelles technologies et les nouveaux produits - pour un transfert de savoir-faire proche de la pratique, directement de la part d'experts chevronnés.

Notre équipe DPC indépendante soutient de manière ciblée les chirurgiens et les équipes chirurgicales dans leur perfectionnement - en mettant clairement l'accent sur l'endoscopie spinale.Nos programmes proposent, à différents niveaux de formation, aussi bien des bases solides que des techniques avancées et accompagnent individuellement les participants sur la voie du succès chirurgical.Les formations Nexon combinent des exercices pratiques de mise en pratique avec des connaissances théoriques actuelles.
